Winsome Wednesday

What’s up Winsome Wednesday! We have so many exciting things going on at Live Fit – and we want you to join us for all of them!!

Our Mind Body March Madness is in full swing with our Pilates mat classes! We are into the second week of the competition and the bracket boards are filling up nicely with members gaining points! If you haven’t signed up or joined us for a mat class, there’s still time — remember the evening classes on Tues/Thurs at 5:45 or worth 2 points so you can still get in the game!  Call our gym or stop by for more information.

march madness blogAlso this month, Spartanburg Swing has joined us!! Every Monday night at 7:30, Chase Wolf and Spartanburg Swing are in our Live Fit Underground space for lessons and dance! There is an hour of instruction to start the night and then it’s open floor dancing from 8:30 – 11:00. This is a fun way to get moving, burn calories, meet new friends and learn something new! You’ll be the star of the dance floor at your next wedding or event that you attend — or just that night on the town when you and the girls hit the club. It’s only $5 to attend and you can pay at the door. We had a great crowd for the first week this week and look forward to even more as the weeks go on.

And of course we want to remind you of the online contest/challenge we have for this month – our St. Patty Six Pack Challenge. Today is 35 sit-ups, 15 push ups, and a 50 second plank! 35 sit-ups is the kicker — that’s a tough one. If you have to make them crunches instead, feel free to modify. Be sure to comment our Facebook page after you have completed today’s challenge. Every day you comment enters you for a drawing at the end of the month.
